Excellent to see the completion of some much needed affordable housing in Dundee. EAM played its part in sourcing the site, assessing the planning and identifying the design for funding before selling onto a developer.

A complex project and a challenging process, but with better than expected results! A Benhope venture, we purchased several commercial buildings on both sides Polwarth Crescent in Edinburgh. The plan to subdivide and convert parts to residential was quickly achieved.

January 2020

EAM is delighted to have co-invested in an office building in Lisbon. 4 Miguel Bombarda is situated in a prime area of the city and benefits from a prominent position on the street. After sourcing the opportunity, we identified refurbishment potential to deliver Grade A space at higher rental values.

In early 2019, EAM was instructed by a client partner to provide asset management assistance for a mixed-use portfolio in the centre of Lyon. Consisting of over 500 tenancies covering retail, office and residential uses, the scope was to work with local management in maximising portfolio revenue.

In 2017, EAM co-invested alongside a joint venture partner in a core office building in Brussels. The asset is situated in a strong city centre location and let to a mix of high quality tenants. The investment produces an attractive net income yield and offers strong upside leasing potential.

EAM has invested across central London locations, acquiring commercial and residential property with refurbishment or development upside. This included the purchase of the former Copping Joyce office located next to Swiss Cottage tube station. The space was converted into several high quality residential units and sold at a premium.

Since 2016, EAM has co-invested with a joint venture partner focusing on period buildings in prime central Edinburgh locations. The investment programme is to acquire assets below the residual development value, secure a change of planning use and complete an extensive refurbishment programme.
