A qualified chartered surveyor, he is FCA approved and a past Chair of the IPF (Scotland), Paul started his career as a graduate at CBRE, before joining Aberdeen Asset Management to become a Fund Manager and Investment Director. More recently, Paul was Head of Europe for CapitaLand Investment, one of Asia's largest property investors managing a pan UK and Euro portfolio in excess of €3 billion.

Gavin has over 20 years experience in the UK residential and commercial property market. Qualifying as a chartered surveyor and investment specialist for King Sturge and JLL, he moved to Cordatus Partners as an asset manager. In 2013, Gavin set up Benhope Investments, a partner of Eglinton, to identify and deliver development projects in prime listed buildings in key regional cities.
